Return & Refund Policy

At BG Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. If you receive a product that is physically damaged, or defective during transportation or different from what order was placed for, you may be eligible for a refund subject to verifiable supporting documentary evidence.

Return can be requested only under following condition:

• The product received is physically damaged or seal broken.
• The product received is not same as the order placed.

To initiate a return or raise a concern:

• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to our customer care contact. 
• Share supporting images, an unboxing video clearly showing the issue, and the order details issued at the time of delivery. 
• All evidence must be submitted to our customer care team to substantiate your claim.
   

In case of partial delivery, the same process applies: customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing all items received within 24 hours of delivery. The missing products will be shipped to you free of charge and no return is allowed in such cases.

1. All refund and return claims are subject to verification by our quality assurance team.
2. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–12 business days.
    

Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our herbal healthcare products, we do not offer replacements.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We urge our customers to carefully review their order before finalizing the purchase.
